Angkor Grace Program 
Terms and Conditions


These Program Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between SoulAdvisor (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the practitioners (hereinafter referred to as the "Member" or "Practitioner") who sign up for the Angkor Grace Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") which is provided by Angkor Grace Residence & Wellness Resort (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). 

By signing up to the Program, the Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and the SoulAdvisor privacy policy

Program Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to all qualified practitioners who subscribe to the Angkor Grace Membership plan.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse any applicant at its sole discretion without providing any reasons.

Benefits

3.1 The Member will be entitled to the benefits and services outlined in the Program description provided by the Company.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to modify any benefits or services offered under the Program at any time.

Payment Terms
All payments are based on the Practitioner Membership Terms & Conditions.

Planning Your Stay
6.1 Annual Payment: Once annual payment has been received, Members can make a Reservation Request for their stay at Angkor Grace.

6.2 Monthly Payment: The Member is able to redeem their stay at Angkor Grace after at least 9 months of the Angkor Grace Membership has been paid. A full 12 months of the payments must be paid prior to the Member’s departure. 
6.3 Planning Your Stay: Members need to redeem their stay within 36 months of the Angkor Grace Membership payment commencing. Members need to give a 3 month advance notice period.

6.4 All Angkor Grace Stay Requests must be submitted via the Member’s SoulAdvisor dashboard.
6.5 Your Stay Request remains unconfirmed until you receive confirmation.

6.6 The Company strongly advises against purchasing flight tickets until you receive your Stay Confirmation. It is essential to ensure your stay reservation is secured before making any travel arrangements. Once your stay is confirmed, you can proceed with booking your flight tickets with confidence.

6.7 The Member is responsible for organising and paying for their own flights, travel insurance and all other travel-related expenses to Siem Reap.


Working During Your Stay (1:1 Offerings)
7.1 When submitting a Stay Request, the Member will be prompted to include any proposed ideas for one-on-one services or other offerings. 
7.2 The Member will receive approximately $70 USD per hour for their services from the Provider.
7.3 The Provider will organise payment with the Member directly for any paid client bookings. 
7.4 The Provider will provide the room or space for the Member’s services, linen and other relevant amenities needed for your stay, creating a supportive and comfortable environment for practitioners and their clients.
7.5 The Provider will work closely with the Member to accommodate desired set days, taking into consideration availability and client preferences.
7.6 The Provider will actively promote services in the lead-up to the Member’s stay to create awareness and generate interest in the Member’s offerings. 
7.7 While the Provider has a vested interest in supporting the Member’s business endeavors, they cannot guarantee specific bookings.

7.8 The Member is solely responsible for ensuring they have researched their obligations for international earnings and tax obligations as well as organising their own insurance.

Facilitating Events and Retreats
8.1 When submitting a Stay Request, if the Member would like to host or facilitate a retreat or event, they can include their proposed ideas and will be supported by the SoulAdvisor team to bring these to fruition in Angkor Grace.

8.2 The Member is invited to deposit  $1000US only rather than $2000US expected from other retreat providers, to secure the retreat booking.

8.3 The Provider team will provide support to plan and coordinate the Members' retreat. They will set up transfers, venues, tours, meals, accommodation and use of resort facilities.

8.4 The Provider will provide a 15% discount for room hire, catering, participant accommodation and any other relevant amenities required such as yoga classes and wellness options, creating a supportive and comfortable environment for practitioners and their clients.

8.5 The Member is able to choose between responsibility for managing their own bookings and payments process with their participants, or using the services of Angkor Grace to provide the booking mechanism.

8.6 The Provider will promote the event or retreat in the lead-up to a Member's stay to create awareness and generate interest, however cannot guarantee specific bookings.

8.7 The Member is solely responsible for ensuring they have researched their obligations for international earnings and tax obligations as well as organising their own insurance.

8.8 The practitioner is solely responsible for their own insurance and should encourage retreat attendees to also provide themselves with insurance coverage relevant to retreat conditions. 

Invitation to Host a Masterclass

9.1 Upon receiving the Stay Request, the Provider may invite the Member to facilitate masterclasses.
9.2. While Members are welcome to submit their ideas in their Stay Request, masterclasses are by invitation only as determined by the Provider.
9.3 If the Member is invited to host a half day masterclass, the payment is $400 USD for their services.
9.4 The Provider will organise payment with the Member directly within 7 days of conclusion of the masterclass.

9.5 The Member is solely responsible for ensuring they have researched their obligations for international earnings and tax obligations as well as organising their own insurance.

Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with the Program and the Company, shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. 

10.2 The Member agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any intellectual property belonging to the Company without prior written consent.


Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Program or this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action. 

11.2 The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Member's use of the Program.


Entire Agreement
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Member and the Company, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Program.

12.2 In the event of the Company's dissolution, this agreement automatically transfers to the Provider.

12.3 The Company retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any given time.

By signing up for the Program, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
