Membership Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to all qualified Australian and New Zealand practitioners who are approved members on the SoulAdvisor platform.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing any reasons.
Membership Options
2.1 The Member can choose between two payment options:
a) Monthly Payment: The Member agrees to pay a recurring monthly fee for 12 months as outlined in the Program description.
b) Annual Payment: The Member agrees to pay a one-time annual fee as outlined in the Program description.
2.2 Costs associated with the Angkor Grace Membership Program that relate to Australian residents will incur an additional GST charge. For non-Australian residents, this will not apply, however country specific taxes may and will be applied at the time of processing your Membership.
Membership Benefits
3.1 The Member will be entitled to the benefits and services outlined in the Program description provided by the Company.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to modify any benefits or services offered under the Program at any time.
Payment Terms
4.1 Monthly Payment
a) The Member authorises the Company to charge the designated payment method each month for the recurring membership fee.
b) The Member acknowledges that the monthly fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.2 Annual Payment
a) The Member agrees to make a one-time annual payment for the membership fee.
b) The Member acknowledges that the annual fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.3 Late Payment
a) In the event of a failed payment, the Company will make three more attempts every three days via the payment processor Stripe. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the payment will be declined.
b) The Member shall be responsible for any fees or charges associated with a failed payment.
c) A Company staff member will be in touch to discuss the failed payment. The Member can manually pay a failed payment via their SoulAdvisor dashboard in the payment portal.
d) The Company will suspend the Member's access to the Program until the outstanding amount is paid.
Membership Term and Termination
5.1 Monthly Payment
a) The membership term will be valid for one year from the date of payment.
b) The membership fee will automatically be deducted each month for 12 months, unless the Member cancels the membership in accordance with the cooling off period or cancellation policy outlined below.
c) The Member may cancel the membership at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
d) Members need to redeem their stay at Angkor Grace within 24 months of the program commencing.
5.2 Annual Payment
a) The membership term will be valid for one year from the date of payment.
b) The Member may cancel the membership at any time, subject to the cooling off period and cancellation policy outlined below.
c) The Member’s stay at Angkor Grace must be redeemed within 12 months of the conclusion of the Program.
5.3 Cooling Off Period
a) If within 14 days of signing up for the Program, the Member decides they no longer wish to proceed, the Member is able to cancel their membership program and seek a refund.
b) After the 14 day period has expired, you will be subject to the cancellation policy below.
5.4 Pause Program
a) The Company understands that unforeseen financial difficulties or other life challenges may arise, so we offer the option to pause your Program.
b) Members with a monthly payment can pause their payments for a total duration of up to 3 months. During this pause period, you will need to pay commission for any paid bookings you receive.
c) Your nominated pause period is a one-off only and cannot be used again within the 12 month Program.
5.5 Cancellation Policy
a) To cancel the Program, the Member must notify the Company in writing via the cancellation function on the SoulAdvisor dashboard.
b) The cancellation will be effective immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request by the Company.
c) No refunds will be provided at the time of cancellation.
d) For members who make a one-off annual payment, the Practitioner will not be charged commission for any paid bookings for the remaining membership term.
e) For members who make a monthly payment, the Practitioner will not be charged commission for the remainder of the current monthly billing period, but will start being charged commission for paid bookings after this date.
Planning Your Stay
6.1 Annual Payment: Once full payment has been received, Members can make a Reservation Request for their stay at Angkor Grace. Members need to give a 2 month advance notice period and need to redeem their stay within 24 months of the program commencing.
6.2 Monthly Payment: The Member is able to make a Reservation Request after they join the program, but their booking will not be confirmed until at least 10 months of the Program has been paid. This allows the Member to forward plan at least 2 months in advance. The full 12 months of the Program must be paid in full prior to the Member’s departure. Members need to redeem their stay within 24 months of the program commencing.
6.3 All Reservation Requests must be submitted via the Member’s SoulAdvisor dashboard.
6.4 Your Reservation Request remains unconfirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.
6.5 The Company strongly advises against purchasing flight tickets until you receive your Booking Confirmation. It is essential to ensure your reservation is secured before making any travel arrangements. Once your stay is confirmed, you can proceed with booking your flight tickets with confidence.
6.6 The Member is responsible for organising and paying for their own flights, travel insurance and all other travel-related expenses.
Working During Your Stay (1:1 Offerings)
7.1 When submitting a Reservation Request, the Member will be prompted to include any proposed ideas for one-on-one services or other offerings.
7.2 The Practitioner will receive approximately $70 USD per hour for their services.
7.3 The Provider will organise payment with the Practitioner directly for any paid client bookings.
7.3 The Provider will provide the room or space for your services, linen and other relevant amenities needed for your stay, creating a supportive and comfortable environment for Practitioners and their clients.
7.4 The Provider will work closely with the Practitioner to accommodate desired set days, taking into consideration availability and client preferences.
7.5 The Provider will actively promote services in the lead-up to your stay to create awareness and generate interest in your offerings.
7.6 While the Provider has a vested interest in supporting the Practitioner’s business endeavors, they cannot guarantee specific bookings.
7.7 The Practitioner is solely responsible for ensuring they have researched their obligations for international earnings and tax obligations as well as organising their own insurance.
Facilitating Events and Retreats
8.1 When submitting a Reservation Request, if the Member would like to host or facilitate a retreat or event, they can include their proposed ideas.
8.2 The Provider will provide a 15% discount for room hire, catering, participant accommodation and any other relevant amenities required, creating a supportive and comfortable environment for Practitioners and their clients.
8.3 The Member will be responsible for managing their own bookings and payments process with their participants.
8.4 The Provider will promote your event or retreat in the lead-up to your stay to create awareness and generate interest, however cannot guarantee specific bookings.
8.5 The Practitioner is solely responsible for ensuring they have researched their obligations for international earnings and tax obligations as well as organising their own insurance.
Invitation to Host a Masterclass
9.1 Upon receiving the Reservation Request, the Provider may invite the Practitioner to facilitate workshops, masterclasses, teacher training or retreats.
9.2. While Practitioners are welcome to submit their ideas in their Reservation Request, masterclasses are by invitation only as determined by the Provider.
9.3 If a Practitioner is invited to host a half day masterclass, the payment is $400 USD for their services.
9.4 The Provider will organise payment with the Practitioner directly within 7 days of conclusion of the masterclass.
9.5 The Practitioner is solely responsible for ensuring they have researched their obligations for international earnings and tax obligations as well as organising their own insurance.
Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with the Program and the Company, shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.
10.2 The Member agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any intellectual property belonging to the Company without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Program or this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action.
11.2 The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Member's use of the Program.
Entire Agreement
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Member and the Company, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Program.
12.2 In the event of the Company's dissolution, this agreement automatically transfers to the Provider.
12.3 The Company retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any given time.
By signing up for the Program, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
